Dan Venglarik is an Equity Shareholder at Munck Carter, practicing in the Intellectual Property section. Mr. Venglarik concentrates his practice on enforcement of intellectual property rights and defense of intellectual property claims, providing licensing assistance and domestic and international litigation support, prosecuting and defending patent reexaminations, providing opinions and expert testimony on infringement and validity, and counseling on patent portfolio management for core technologies. Prior to joining Munck Carter, Mr. Venglarik was a partner at a Fort Worth-based IP firm working with Fortune 50 technology clients, practiced in a Houston IP boutique, and served as a technical advisor to a major Texas intellectual property law firm. Mr. Venglarik served two years of active duty with the United States Army, Infantry in the 25th Infantry Division (Light) and three years of reserve duty with the Texas Army National Guard in the 69th Mechanized Infantry Division, receiving honorable discharges and various commendations in both instances.
